Oakville Camera Club Annual General Meeting 2021

Please join us this evening for our first online, virtual 2021 Annual General Meeting.

The AGM Agenda includes: voting in of the OCC Executive Board; financial update from the treasurer; reports from the directors responsible for Membership, Website, Challenges, Mentors, Workshops, and Programming. 

We would greatly appreciate everyone's attendence at this AGM. 

We have arranged an online polling system that will occur at required points during the meeting to ensure that even in these trying times, we can complete our AGM requirements.
