Nine Locations -Three Photographers - One India, Bernie Cook, Juan Gil Niehorster and Gary van Eijk take you on a journey through Northern India as it is seen through, not one, but Three lenses. As we take you on our adventure through the Himalayas and the Kashmir region of Northern India, you will see the people and places of India’s northern most Nubra valley, located near the Pakistan-India border, then to Pangong Lake on the border of China, to the Monasteries of Ladakh and Leh, into the green valleys of Manali, the Buddhist surroundings of Dharmshala, a journey within the holiest of Sikh places, the Golden Temple of Amritsar - the abode of God, and finally on a spice quest into markets of Old Delhi. Join us and learn as we review the best way to travel into remote India through our experiences, our equipment and our individual photography styles and through every unexpected turn that remote India travel took us….after all “nothing can prepare you for India" - but we will try! |
