About the event

Explorations are about pushing yourself to try something new or investigating a new approach to a familiar subject. This requires research, experimentation, trial and error. There is always something special to be learned when you analyze a novel approach to photographic challenges.

As a photographer, your task is to express your ideas through powerful and dynamic images using your skills with timing, composition, colour, viewpoint, etc. and your ability to edit your work in ways that reinforce your interpretation of a chosen theme.
