• Slow Down & Learn to See
Train to see details, look for exciting lines, rich curves, a distinctive curl of a petal or a leaf. Learn to notice and focus more on abstract, lines, color, texture and patterns. Slow down and sharpen your photographic skills to find interesting and unique objects. You will find more impactful objects.
• Experiment with Aperture & Depth of Field
Try shooting with the lower apertures of f/2.8 to f/6.3 for selective focus to bring one element of the flower in focus like the edge of a petal, a leaf, a ruffle of an orchid.
